Accounts for users under 13 years of age must be created by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian retains full control over the child's account, including the ability to review learning data, modify settings, and delete the account.

CoolLearn offers multiple subscription plans, each with different features and learning hour allocations. Plan details, pricing, and included features are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
We offer a free trial period for new users. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected paid plan will activate automatically. You will be notified before any charges are applied.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended educational purpose. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models, algorithms, or proprietary technology powering CoolLearn.
You may not use the Service to transmit harmful, abusive, threatening, or illegal content. You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure, security mechanisms, or other users' access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoolLearn.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, academic outcomes, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to CoolLearn.ai in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
